"Perfect weather picnic tables with umbrellas over them. Possibly the best shrimp burger I've ever had anywhere. There was another burger's worth of shrimp falling out of it after I finished the shrimp burger. Only $8 which I consider a good deal. I would definitely make this a habit each time I came back to the beach possibly more than once each visit."

"We love the Captain's Kitchen! It is very conveniently located across the street from the place we stayed. Great value for the amount of food you get, and it's always delicious. Friendly faces and we were served very quickly. We recommend the hush puppies and the famous super shrimp burger."

"Was lucky enough to afford some weekend time down here and ate at quite a few seafood places that were actual restaurants. This food truck hands down gave me the best tasting seafood I've had since I've been here. Polite people working the truck and a great menu for any seafood lover. The soft shelled snack and shrimp burger were amazing and enough shrimp that you could make two sandwiches out of it. Needless to say I will always look for this truck anytime I come back down in the future "

"Generous portions and low prices. Shrimp and oysters tasted high quality amd fresh. Wish they threw a few more hushpuppies on a plate, but thats my only complaint. Cash only, outdoor seating. Bring wet wipes."

"Don't let the fact that this is a food truck fool you: this might have been the best fried seafood I've had in the south, ever. The clam strips, shrimp, scallops and founder were all delicious, as were the Cole slaw and hush puppies and fries served with the plates. Great prices too, and big portions! The photo doesn't quite do the portions sizes justice; they were big! Highly recommend!"

"Great crab cake! Excellent flavor and composition. Maybe a touch overdone, but it didn't diminish the flavor one bit. Our meals came with fries and coleslaw. They also sprinkled a couple hush puppies and fried shrimp in. Others in our group tried the scallops and fried clams. For $17 it's a great value and worth the stop if you're vacationing on the Crystal Coast. Just remember it's CASH ONLY!"
